Pro Bono Services in the Fight Against African Poverty
CADRA has succeeded in providing efficient and cost effective relief and development assistance to millions of people in Africa lacking the basics:
- food,
- health,
- education, and
- clean water,
through the voluntary efforts of thousands.
In securing the professional services needed for CADRA's organizational development (e.g., expertise in website development, communications tools, press consulting, e-marketing, etc.), this voluntary spirit is also essential to keep overhead costs low and ensure that funds raised get to the people who need assistance. Because of this commitment, CADRA ensures that 91 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to our programs in Africa.
