Promise to Africa is a recurring-donation program that provides a steady and cost-effective source of income to CADRA. Because your monthly online pledge donation is processed automatically, you help us reduce our costs - which allows us to fund more programs and help more people in Africa.

How it works. As an online pledge donor, you will be registering to make a credit-card donation every month. After you make your initial pledge donation, future pledge gifts will be made automatically. For example, if you choose to make a monthly donation of $35 today, your next donation of $35 will be automatically charged to your account in exactly one month to the day, and each subsequent month thereafter.
Each month you will receive an e-mail receipt for your donation for that period. After your initial pledge donation, you will also receive an e-mail message with a password and a link to the Pledge Donor Centre, where you can review your transaction history or change your personal information (name, address, login and password). To change your donation options (amount, frequency, credit card information, etc.) or to cancel your recurring donation at any time, e-mail CADRA's Pledge Coordinator at pledge@Canada-Africa.org.

Pledge Info
When you join the Promise to Africa Pledge Program Online, your pledge payment will be automatically processed - significantly reducing our administrative and mailing costs.
Pledge payment: Payments will be charged to your preferred credit card account on the same day each month. You will receive pledge payment statements by e-mail or as requested.
Availability of funds: You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient credit limit available on your credit card on the payment date. If we are unable to process your gift, we will ask you to pay by cheque until you provide us with updated account information.
Record of payments: The amount and date of your automatic pledge gift will appear on your credit card statement and on your monthly e-mail receipt.
Account/address change: To ensure timely payments, log in to your online pledge account to notify us of any credit card updates or address changes. Or if you prefer, e-mail or call in your changes to our Pledge Coordinator (see below).
